Our two-year trainee program gives you the opportunity to get to know all the important core tasks, processes and structures by working in different areas. You will have the opportunity to get to know your respective corporate area, gain international experience and build a network during a one-month stay at our headquarters in Parma, Italy.
We offer trainee programs in the areas of product marketing, medical, commercial, pharmaceutical, human resources and corporate affairs, among others.
Are you interested in science and do you like to meet people?
With our sales trainee program, we train talented young professionals, develop you in the field and prepare you for sales. Through a professional and methodological training as part of the two-year program, you will receive the support of your regional manager, our sales trainer and the sales coaches to achieve the program goal of “fit for field work”.
What you should bring with you:
- A successfully completed degree in natural sciences or other relevant degree with recognition of expertise as a pharmaceutical consultant in accordance with § 75 para. 3 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
- A completed training program with a medical/pharmaceutical focus.
- Ideally, you will have some practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry (internships/working student, pharmaceutical representative), but no more than 12 months of relevant professional experience.
